About the event

Are you looking for a space where you can nurture yourself, connect with nature and learn how to listen to your body?

The summer is the season of the heart and the emotion of joy, when everything in nature is alive and the fruits are abundant, ready to be picked up. The heart has special importance in many holistic disciplines of all cultures of the world. If the human being follows the natural order, if the actions are taken in awareness, everything is in harmony inside and outside. The Art of the heart allows us to react appropriately to what happens to us in life and act on the basis of a true deep desire of happiness and health.

Amanda and Giovanna invite you to a half day of relaxation, rest and connection to your heart in the peaceful space of Ardress House.

Giovanna will lead you through a brief introduction on the role of the heart in our body and life according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and to explain what energetic coherence is. She will conclude with a deep peaceful creating joy meditation.

Amanda will guide everyone in a beautiful heart opening moving sequence (tai chi style and can also be done sitting). Weather permitting this will done outside in the beautiful grounds of Ardress. There will be guided relaxations, connection with your feminine energy, breath work and time for journalling and connection.

9.45-1.30 pm Cost £45 + booking fee. Tea/Coffee/Scones included. Click below to book: https://buytickets.at/innersolace/1315211
