When energy flows freely and harmoniously, I experience balance, clarity, and a deep sense of peace.     Sit quietly and focus on each chakra, starting from the root and moving upward. Visualise each chakra as a spinning wheel of vibrant colour. Imagine any dullness or blockage dissolving into light.


  2. Breathwork

    Use deep, rhythmic breathing to energise your chakras. Inhale deeply, imagining energy flowing into the chakra, and exhale, releasing tension.


  3. Sound Healing

    Chant the seed sounds associated with each chakra (e.g., “Lam” for root, “Vam” for sacral). Alternatively, listen to healing frequencies or use singing bowls.


  4. Movement

    Certain Qi-Gong and Strethcing of meridians exercises stimulate specific meridians, organs and chakras.


  5. Affirmations

    Speak positive affirmations that resonate with each chakra’s qualities. For example, “I am safe and secure” for the root chakra or “I speak my truth with confidence” for the throat chakra.
