Take a pause from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself in a safe, calming and nurturing space.
These weekly online meditation classes are designed to help you relax your body, calm your mind, release stress and reconnect with your inner balance and intuition.
Each session begins with a gentle tuning in, allowing you to arrive fully into the present moment. We will then move through breathwork, gentle movements and simple self-massage techniques to help release tension, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body before flowing into a guided meditation.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice, these sessions are open to everyone and created to meet you exactly where you are.
